The Learning-Theoretic Agenda: Status 2023

The first two sections (“preamble” and “philosophy”) are non-technical and are recommended for everyone who wants to understand the motivations behind the learning-theoretic research agenda (LTA). Most of the remainder is a list of problems and research directions, and is suitable for mathematicians who want to gain a high-level understanding of the agenda and/or to choose a research direction in which to contribute.

Recorded lectures on statistical learning theory by a former CORAL researcher. Statistical learning theory is key background knowledge for understanding and contributing to the LTA.
